Job summary

PwC Jakarta is seeking an Associate to join its corporate legal services team. You will provide strategic legal guidance to clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, governance, and compliance, leveraging strong research and drafting skills.

You should have a law degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00 and at least one year of law firm experience; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law with GPA ≥ 3.00/4.00 from a reputable university.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a law firm; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong legal research, drafting skills, and understanding of laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
