A leading corporation in Jakarta seeks an experienced Performance Manager to design and implement performance strategies and manage Compensation & Benefits structures. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of managerial experience in HR and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. This position requires on-site work Monday to Friday with occasional business trips.
Design and implement corporate Performance Management strategies (KPI, Balanced Scorecard, OKR, etc.).
Ensure the performance appraisal cycle is executed timely and objectively across all business units.
Analyze performance data to support promotion, transfer, talent development, and succession planning decisions.
Develop and manage a competitive Compensation & Benefits structure (salary structure, allowances, incentives, bonus, etc.).
Conduct regular salary & benefits benchmarking against the market/industry.
Build and manage reward and recognition programs.
Ensure Compensation & Benefits compliance with labor law and tax regulations.
Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, and Top Management in developing remuneration policies.
Manage benefit-related vendors (insurance, BPJS, health or wellness programs).
Provide strategic recommendations to management regarding performance and compensation effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
5–8 years of experience in Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits in managerial level.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other divisions and top management.
High integrity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking capability.
Experienced in handling HRIS or SAP system.
Willing to work in an on-site setting all through Monday-Friday.
Willing to go on business trips if needed.
