Overview

To secure new businesses for the company as well as managing the existing pool of accounts to increase the share of wallet from these customers

Develop, analyst and improve marketing quality

Maintain relations based on data customers, doing research for new opportunities and customers

Work closely with Operational, Customer Service, and Documents team regarding the shipping / forwarding progress

Have buying power with vendors which relate to business development

Follow up quotation, sales leads or any business inquiries

Provide up–to‑date information related to customer activities

Build a good relationship with the clients

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or master degree (Economics and Business/Marketing Management/Transportation/Logistics) from reputable university
• At least 3‑5 years of working experience in the related field (freight forwarding and logistics company)
• Ability to negotiate and deep understanding of marketing skills
• Excellent leadership skills, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented, desire to deliver results
• Required languages: Indonesia, English or Mandarin languages will be plus point
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications especially Ms. Excel)
• High curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Able to join as soon as possible
