Job description
Corporate Human Resources Manager | AYANA Hospitality (Corporate Office)

This role is a strategic HR position responsible for strengthening HR operations and people practices across all AYANA Hospitality's (AHM) business units. You will analyze existing HR processes, policies, and systems, then drive improvements that support business performance, employee satisfaction, and employer branding. Working closely with HR Leaders and Operations, you will oversee recruitment for selected roles, support talent and performance management, ensure legal compliance, and manage HR data and reporting. The role also contributes to compensation and recognition programs and represents the company in employer branding activities such as job fairs and campus outreach.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR processes and policies across business units and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and support implementation of new HR systems, procedures, and projects.
  • Partner with HR Leaders in business units on recruitment, talent development, and HR integration.
  • Develop and maintain HR tools and documents (job descriptions, handbooks, appraisal forms).
  • Manage labor & employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
  • Support the design of compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Use HR data, KPIs, and financial metrics to measure HR initiative effectiveness and prepare reports for management.
  • Oversee HRIS (TALENTA) data accuracy and personnel records for Corporate employees.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, including job fairs and partnerships with schools/universities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in Human Resources managerial roles.
  • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in performance management, organizational design, and training needs analysis.
