A strategic finance role responsible for conducting in-depth financial and market analysis, building financial models and business plans, supporting fundraising and bank financing activities, and providing data-driven insights to support management decision-making and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial and market analysis to identify industry trends, financial benchmarks, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain simple P&L models, financial projections, and business planning models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare transaction documents and financial packages for bank loan applications, refinancing, and fundraising activities.
  • Compile data, analysis, and supporting documentation to address inquiries from banks, investors, and senior management.
  • Develop research reports and presentation decks summarizing financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Monitor financial performance and operational metrics, identifying gaps and proposing data-driven improvement initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional strategic projects by providing financial analysis, scenario modelling, and decision-support materials.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Management from reputable universities.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, operations, business strategy, and finance strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, index match; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
  • Strong communication skills (English & Bahasa) and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
