Job description

Responsible for managing consulting projects from engagement to closing of project and business development

Managing multiple consulting projects in meeting client expectations and deliverables

Manage client and partner project deliverables

Client relationship management at working level

Effective team working and job division

Prepare financial modeling and review and understand financial projections

Prepare draft of reports and technical documents for review

Data research to support project: Industry knowledge, current market issues, key players, market structure, comparable companies etc.

Produce accurate, timely work, reviews own work to ensure quality

Control project scheduling to meet target

Understanding client issues, client business and industry and developing client solution

Performing industry research to highlight opportunities within the company's existing business or expansion into new business verticals or geographic markets

Analyzing and evaluating the selected companies to be potentially acquired from a financial and transactional perspective - developing detailed financial models and business valuation scenarios

Coordinate Project with Consultant Project, Partner, administration of the Project Internally (with Finance and Accounting) and management

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably master’s degree in Corporate Finance / Finance / Financial Engineering/ Banking

Professional certifications strongly preferred.

Possess good accounting knowledge, strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with proven ability to perform comprehensive financial analysis.

Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring, and transaction execution.

Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and word processing applications

Strong project management capabilities with experience leading teams and managing multiple engagements simultaneously

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must
