About the role

We're a fast growing female-tech company seeking a Corporate Finance & Investor Relations specialist. In this full-time role based in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and managing investor relations for the company. This is a crucial position that will have a direct impact on the financial performance and growth of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing expert financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support corporate decision-making
  • Preparing financial models, forecasts, and reports to track business performance
  • Managing investor relations activities, including maintaining relationships with existing investors and attracting new investment
  • Coordinating the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements
  • Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the finance team
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, or a similar role
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices in investor relations
  • Experience in the banking and financial services industry is highly desirable
