About The Role

As our Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, enabling investment decisions, and partnering with leaders to drive profitable growth in Indonesia’s 2W electric vehicle ecosystem. What You Will Do
  • Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Build financial models and conduct valuation, scenario planning, and business case analysis.
  • Support capital‑raising activities (equity, debt, project financing) and investor engagement.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports for decision‑making by CFO/CEO/Board.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
  • Ensure financial governance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize unit economics and drive resource efficiency.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, valuation, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities at senior levels.
  • A proactive, business‑oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, financial software, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in EV/automotive, renewable energy, or other capex‑intensive industries.
  • Familiarity with IFRS/PSAK and financial risk management.
  • Involvement in fundraising, M&A, or due diligence processes.
