Qualifications

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and commercial evaluation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-moving, deal-driven environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities.
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate due diligence across various teams.
  • Manage negotiation processes with advisors, shareholders, and target companies.
  • Prepare materials for board discussions and investment committees.
  • Support post-deal planning and integration strategy.

Role Summary

The Corporate Development Director will lead end-to-end strategic initiatives including market scanning, deal sourcing, transaction execution, and integration planning. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, evaluating potential acquisitions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities
  • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos for senior leadership
  • Coordinate due diligence across finance, legal, tax, HR, and operational teams
  • Manage negotiation processes with advisors, shareholders, and target companies
  • Prepare materials for board discussions, investment committees, and external stakeholders
  • Support post-deal planning, including integration strategy and performance tracking
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, M&A advisory, or Private Equity
