We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Corporate Content Creator to strengthen our organization’s online presence and corporate reputation. In this role, you will craft impactful stories, produce engaging multimedia content, and support digital communication strategies that reflect our values in health, sustainability, innovation, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Brand Reputation
- Support the development and execution of digital communication strategies aligned with the company’s global and local objectives.
- Transform core organizational values into compelling digital narratives.
- Contribute to strengthening corporate reputation through consistent digital storytelling.
- Ensure tone, messaging, and visual identity across digital content follow brand guidelines.
Content Creation & Channel Management
- Produce high-quality, engaging content (videos, short‑form clips, articles, graphics) for corporate digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize the organization’s digital channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and the corporate website.
- Execute digital content plans and campaigns for sustainability initiatives, employer branding, and community programs.
- Monitor content performance, analyze engagement metrics, and propose improvements based on data insights.
Stakeholder Engagement & Digital Risk Awareness
- Collaborate with media partners, influencers, and communities to amplify key messages.
- Work closely with HR and internal communications to boost employee advocacy.
- Stay alert to online conversations and flag potential issues that could impact brand reputation.
- Support the team in implementing digital crisis communication guidelines when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Journalism, or related field.
- 2‑4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Digital Storyteller, or similar role (corporate or agency background is a plus).
- Good English skills, both verbal and written, is a must.
- Strong skills in video production, copywriting, and basic graphic design.
- Able to capture photo and video footage with strong and appealing composition.
- Familiarity with managing corporate social media channels and content calendars.
- Ability to use content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Understanding of social media analytics and digital performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Awareness of digital trends and online reputation dynamics.
- Up to date with social media trends.
- A passion for health, nutrition, or environmental topics is a strong plus.
