About the role

We are seeking a passionate Cookware Demonstrator to join our team at HAPPY HEALTHY COOKING' in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. As a Cookware Demonstrator, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our high-quality cookware products and inspiring customers to lead healthier lifestyles through cooking. This is a contract position, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting engaging product demonstrations and cooking sessions to highlight the features and benefits of our cookware range
• Providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing demonstration area to create an inviting environment for customers
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities
• Gathering customer feedback and insights to help inform product development and marketing strategies
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent brand experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar customer-facing, sales or demonstration role, preferably within the cookware, home goods or retail industry
• Graduate from Culinary School
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and educate customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new product features and benefits
• Enthusiasm for cooking, nutrition and promoting healthy lifestyles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and evenings as required
