Qualifications

What you will do

This role involves overseeing the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of control systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction across multiple projects. The Control Supervisor will be responsible for managing technical teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all work adheres to safety, quality, and operational standards.

How you will do it
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians in the installation and maintenance of control systems, including HVAC and building management systems.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project specifications.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support during project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and compliance checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on‑site.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and knowledgeable in current technologies, safety practices, and system operations.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team, adhering to Johnson Controls' Zero Harm policy.
What we look for
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in control systems or HVAC field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of control systems, programming, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed for project oversight and client meetings.
  • Ability to work odd hours as required by project demands.
