Responsibilities
  • Review user‑generated content across the platform, including text, images, videos, and comments.
  • Assess whether the content adheres to community guidelines, make sound judgment calls, and remove any material that violates the standards.
  • Manage content safety for short‑video products to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate content promptly before it causes damage.
  • Address inappropriate content reports and apply company policy.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to handle content that violates community guidelines and update operational standards.
  • Perform audits of content received for sharing on social media uploads.
  • Review online videos, complaints, and legal notices received from end‑customers regarding copyright or other content decisions.
  • Review and update content on popular social media platforms.
  • Be prepared to be exposed to potentially harmful or sensitive content; self‑management skills are required to handle unique risks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Content moderation or BPO work experience is a plus.
