We use to stand in a new term as Software as a Service (SaaS) and located in two big cities in Indonesia, Jakarta, and Malang. This company was initiated with an idea to help companies or enterprises increase the visibility of their brand on the internet. cmlabs serve users in SEO Consultant, Content Writing, Content Marketing, and also have a product such as SERPs Trackers and SEO Tools. SEO Tools are free and available for users who focus on webmaster and SEO writing. cmlabs will expand to a bigger market to present SEO products and serve SEO activities on a global scale for enterprises.

Job Description
  • Based in Malang (candidates who live in Malang are strongly preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a content editor, copy editor, or in a similar editorial role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in producing digital content for websites, with a solid understanding of content structure, formatting, and basic SEO best practices.
  • Must be a native speaker of Indonesian and have near-native or highly fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and is able to maintain high editorial standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus or consistency.
  • Capable of providing clear and constructive feedback, both verbal and written, to the writer team.
Qualifications
  • Reviewing, editing, and refining website content to meet brand guidelines, improve readability, and optimize for search engines.
  • Identifying and eliminating weak arguments, inconsistencies, redundant statements, or fluff in the articles.
  • No tolerance for grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, or typos.
  • Can flawlessly adapt to different tones and house styles or client voice guides.
  • Fact‑check claims and statistics. Ensure all sources used are reputable and up to date.
  • Ensure all the articles follow logical progression and have smooth transitions between paragraphs and sections.
  • Proofread all content to be straightforward, digestible, and add value to readers.
  • Ensure and edit the content so that it maintains originality.
  • Report and coordinate effectively with the writer Lead and Coordinator regarding editorial updates, progress, or any content‑related issues.
