Job summary

A leading healthy F&B retail chain in Surabaya is looking for a Content Creator for Social Media and Creative Marketing. The ideal candidate will manage content production across various platforms, develop innovative marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness in the fast-casual dining environment. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and marketing, and strong English proficiency is required.

  • Responsible for content creation/production for social media.

  • Implement effective PR campaigns.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, marketing/branding, PR, with in-depth experience in the F&B / Retail industry

Proven track record in strategic planning, developing and executing marketing programs and PR campaigns

Experience in graphic design, end-to-end content creation, video production

English Proficiency both verbal and written

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end content creation / production for social media, including ideation, shooting, editing, graphic design, voiceover, etc.
  • Manage social media & develop online marketing initiatives with holistic, innovative campaigns across digital programs/platforms, such as Instagram, Tiktok, to drive traffic, customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Create, develop and execute growth marketing strategies to maximize sales & market share through integrated omni-channel marketing activities including offline / in-store marketing, digital marketing, PR, event marketing, partnership & collaboration, 3rd party platforms, marketplace, loyalty program, etc.
  • Build and manage all marketing & branding initiatives to develop brand awareness, optimal market positioning, customer loyalty, reputation, customer satisfaction, etc.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing communication strategies & PR campaign to build brand equity, customer awareness, customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and reputation.
  • Establish and maintain 3rd parties relationship, partnership, sponsorship, B2B, collaborations, events related to marketing activities.
