Dekoruma in Indonesia is seeking a final-year student or fresh graduate to join as a content creator and social media host. You will act as the face of Dekoruma across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms, delivering engaging videos aligned with the brand.

You will assist in content planning, scheduling, and publishing, stay ahead of trends, collaborate with the social media team, and help execute campaigns. Basic video editing skills are a plus; familiarity with CapCut is helpful.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Broadcasting, or related fields.
• Confident on camera with clear, expressive communication.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Creative and proactive with willingness to explore new content ideas.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar) are a plus.
• Experience as a content creator or on-camera talent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the face of Dekoruma in social media content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms.
• Assist in creating engaging, trend-driven content aligned with Dekoruma's brand identity.
• Support daily social media activities: content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with the social media team during brainstorming, shooting, and content production.
• Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
