Job summary

A digital marketing agency in Jakarta is seeking a Creative Producer for its Growth Marketing team. You will be responsible for high-impact creative production, including video editing and social media designs. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience and strong proficiency in various editing tools. Role Summary

As a Creative Producer for our client's Growth Marketing team, you'll be the go-to specialist for creative production across JAPAC. You'll translate strategic requests into high-impact assets, from video editing to social design. We seek a self-starter with a can-do attitude, technical proficiency, and creative vision.

Role
  • Responsible for creative requests across video, static design, and campaigns, enabling the team to scale its marketing programs.
  • Own the entire process of video content production, from pitching creative concepts and editing to final export, ensuring content is optimised for various publishing platforms.
  • Design and build a wide range of assets, including social media creatives, high-quality presentation decks, and motion graphics.
  • Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions, partnering with market teams to develop new, innovative ways of telling the client’s brand story.
  • Oversee the quality of all outgoing content, ensuring strict adherence to the client's brand guidelines and voice.
  • Stay on top of global and local design, effects, and editing trends, proactively sharing insights and driving experimentation.
  • Review briefs and provide creative input, translating requirements into full‑fledged storyboards where necessary.
  • Provide key insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow and post‑production efficiencies.
You
  • 4+ years of experience creating work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in‑house and agency creative production experience.
  • Proficiency in using specific editing software packages, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and proficiency in producing high‑quality visual effects and motion graphics.
  • An excellent storyteller with the ability to create engaging, conversational, and culturally resonant editorial narratives in a simple, coherent manner.
  • Proficiency in using recording equipment and shooting high‑quality videos is a strong plus.
  • A highly motivated, energetic self‑starter with a strong track record of commitment to problem‑solving.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to cover projects across APAC.
Contract Type

6 months - Fixed Term Contract
