A leading FMCG company in Surabaya is seeking a Digital Content Creator to develop engaging content and manage UGC campaigns. Candidates should possess a degree in Communications or Marketing and have 2-3 years of experience in content creation. Duties include content distribution across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a strong focus on driving sales. Develop and execute engaging digital content (videos, photos, copywriting, reels, TikTok) with a strong hard-selling focus for FMCG products.
Design, manage, and leverage User Generated Content (UGC) strategies to encourage customer participation, collect reviews, and repurpose them for brand campaigns.
Manage content distribution across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and e-commerce platforms).
Collaborate with brand, sales, and marketplace teams to ensure content drives traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
Research and apply digital trends (TikTok trends, social commerce, consumer behavior) to strengthen brand relevance.
Create compelling campaigns with clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs) such as “Buy Now,” “Check Promo,” or “Add to Cart.”
Monitor and analyze content performance (CTR, conversion rate, add-to-cart, and sales attributed to content).
Produce storytelling and review-based content (UGC/endorsements) to build customer trust and brand credibility.
Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years in content creation, preferably in FMCG, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in creating content with measurable hard-selling impact (experience driving sales via TikTok Shop, IG Reels, or marketplaces).
Experience developing and managing UGC campaigns (customer reviews, unboxing, testimonials).
Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.).
Strong persuasive copywriting skills tailored for FMCG campaigns (catchy headlines, strong CTAs).
Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Shopee/Lazada affiliate reports).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO and social commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, IG Shopping).
Experience collaborating with influencers/KOLs.
Personal Attributes: Creative, result-oriented, agile, trend-savvy, able to work under pressure, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
