Role Description

We are seeking a Business Content Creator to join our team full-time on-site in Yogyakarta. This role goes beyond writing—it's about becoming the face and voice of Volantis Technology on digital platforms. You will create, record, and publish engaging business and technology content (such as AI insights, business tips, and digital transformation strategies) across social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera, brings ideas to life with storytelling, and knows how to capture attention in short-form and long-form formats. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and leadership teams to ensure every piece of content reflects our brand, educates our audience, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and produce video content on business, AI, and digital transformation topics for LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas and strategies that align with business goals.
• Write scripts, captions, and supporting copy for posts.
• Stay on top of social media and business content trends to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose written reports and insights into engaging video content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling ability.
• Experience creating video content for social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Skills in scripting, creative writing, and content strategy.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing principles.
• Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop tools).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
