Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of organizational strategies focusing on the innovation process
• Analyze the potential of new projects, applications and processes, and advise on incorporating them into the business
• Manage the design of new products and services, researching trends, and market opportunities
• Oversee the development of prototypes, examining them for quality, and accuracy
• Monitor progress, coordinate resources throughout the innovation process
• Ensure the innovation process positions the products and services to remain competitive in the market
• Analyze performance data of the innovation process to identify areas of improvement
• Utilize financial models and develop strategies within budget limits
• Monitor and assess business models, technologies, and trends to identify potential opportunities

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and/or innovation management in Personal Care area is preferably
• Strong understanding of the innovation processes and ability to implement them
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, prioritize work, and develop plans that bring innovation to reality
• Experience in market assessment and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
