Job summary

Amoda di Karawaci, Tangerang membuka posisi Warehouse & Logistic Officer untuk mendukung operasional proyek konstruksi. Anda akan mengelola aliran material, memastikan ketersediaan tepat waktu, dan administrasi logistik di lokasi.

Tanggung jawab meliputi penerimaan dan pemeriksaan barang, pemrosesan transaksi gudang, menjaga akurasi stok, serta koordinasi dengan tim produksi, QC, dan fungsi terkait.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics or inventory ops experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods from production, suppliers, and project returns.
• Prepare, pick, and issue materials based on production and project requests.
• Process inbound and outbound transactions accurately in the warehouse system.
• Organize and store materials according to designated locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Conduct daily briefings with the warehouse team and coordinate with Production, QC, and related functions.
• Inspect warehouse tools/equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and monthly stock opname.
• Ensure compliance with SMS, 5S, and warehouse procedures.
