About the role

As a Construction Supervisor at CV.Alolla Rezki Jayadipa', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of construction projects in Bali. This full-time position requires a strong background in civil and structural engineering to ensure the projects meet all safety, quality and regulatory standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitoring construction sites to identify and resolve any issues or delays
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety procedures
• Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
• Reviewing and approving material requisitions, work schedules and project documentation
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient construction methods
• Providing guidance and training to junior members of the construction team

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related construction management discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders
