A leading engineering firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced project manager with strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering quality outcomes on time. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
To plan, monitor and evaluate engineering/project management in company (including project to i.e. Development, Repairmen, Installation, Made-to-order/ tooling) and to ensure a well run project in accordance to HSE principle with efficient budget. The role also requires strong knowledge and experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to support the effective implementation of engineering projects.
Provide design drawings for confirmation by relevant departments, design draft and estimated price
Apply MEP knowledge to evaluate technical feasibility, ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, and support cross-functional coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
Review drawings and bidding quantity and unit price
Assist in monitoring the progress of the project
100 percent Compliance with company regulations and procedures (including rules, procedures for safety, hygiene and environmental standards)
Resolve urgent issues related to the project when necessary
Weekly progress reports on the works under construction
Settlement acceptance quantity review
Update market price
Comply and Implement of regulations, culture OHS (including use PPE), energy, quality and environment to support company management system.
Provide information about work accidents, issues and provide advice related OSH programs, energy, quality and environment to participate and improve the company management system
Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Required language: English and Mandarin (Preferably able to speak Mandarin)
Min 8 years experience in the same field
