- The Cluster role to be defined for Conrad Bali, Hilton Bandung, HGI Bali Nusa Dua - Jakarta Sales Office supports the overall strategic management of the hotel by establishing effective working relationships with senior colleagues, in particular the General Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Finance and Director of Human Resources. This role will provide support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Business Development issues of the brand and the hotel as well as maintain the corporate standards, brand integrity and hotel image.
What will I be doing?
- To do daily sales call to all market segment in Jakarta such as : Embassy, Government, Corporate Companies (Banking, Consumer Goods, Pharmacy, Advertising, Oil, Consultant, etc) Travel Agent, PCO/EO, etc) to grab potential MICE business.
- To do sales call occasionally to expand new potential business.
- To maintain a good relationship with existing accounts and keep updating newest packages and special promo.
- Assisting Reactive Team to chase and follow up existing MICE lead.
- To respond all inquiries to Jakarta Sales Office both for FIT & MICE.
- Together with Sales Manager (Domestic) in Bali to work closely with the key wholesalers and consortium agent to boost up FIT booking and stimulate the market.
- Together with Sales Manager (Domestic) in Bali to work closely with Banking Company, Golf Course, Mall to have join promo for more exposure.
- To monitor collateral and gift away for Jakarta Sales Office Stock.
- To submit weekly sales call report to DOS.
- To submit JSO monthly expense report to Accounting.
- To participate in special sales related projects as directed by DOS.
- Occasionally to conduct hotel presentation to Travel Agents in cooperation with wholesaler.
What are we looking for?
- Solid experience and strong market knowledge in tow to three of the following industry verticals is preferred: information technology & telecommunications, consulting firms, quality assurance, agriculture & chemical, advertising & media as well as travel agencies, event organizers, DMCs and PCOs.
- Bachelor Degree.
- International hotel chains experiences are preferable.
- Good English reading and writing skills to meet business needs.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work under strong pressure.
- Understand local customers and have strong market analysis ability.
- Have certain customer resources.
