Responsibilities

• Support the Compliance Strategy and Governance Head to facilitate effective execution within the Division.
• Conduct analysis of current business processes to identify improvement opportunities and transformation.
• Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and action plans for successful transformation.
• Coordinate and manage transformation with cross-functional teams and create project plans.
• Communicate project objectives and expectations to team members and stakeholders within Compliance.
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Track project performance and adjust as needed to ensure completion.
• Assist in identifying and managing project risks and issues.
• Provide periodic reports related to updates on AFC uplift.
