Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reporting and communication with regulatory authorities such as IDX and OJK to ensure the company operates in compliance.
• Responsible for preparing relevant documents and managing the approval process for new license applications and newly acquired companies.
• Responsible for reviewing and updating SOPs for the company’s account opening, trading, and margin trading operations.
• Responsible for collecting market compliance and risk control updates and coordinating with department heads accordingly.
• Directly report compliance risk incidents, user protection issues, and other significant risks to the company’s core management team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance in Securitas or regulator.
• Fluent in English.
• Active WPPE License (or higher) is a must.
