Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs that align with company strategy and market competitiveness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and internal equity reviews to ensure fair and competitive pay structures.
- Develop and oversee employee reward and recognition programs to drive engagement and performance.
- Partner with PX global to provide guidance on compensation policies, benefits administration, and reward strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Monitor trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management on compensation and benefits metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in compensation, benefits, and rewards management within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems, and Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits programs, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and the ability to balance cost efficiency with employee satisfaction.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCP – Certified Compensation Professional, GRP – Global Remuneration Professional) are an advantage.
Optional Add-on
- Experience in designing global compensation frameworks for multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with digital PX tools and reward technology platforms (if any).
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects related to employee engagement and total rewards strategy.
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring with a focus on compensation integration.
