Dengan pertumbuhan talent frontline yang cepat dan kompleksitas payroll yang tinggi, kami mencari profesional yang ahli dalam compensation governance, HRIS administration, payroll compliance, dan mass recruitment frontline untuk memastikan operasional berjalan rapi, akurat, dan scalable.

Peran

Sebagai Total Rewards, Payroll & Frontline Talent Operations Specialist, Anda bertanggung jawab mengelola struktur kompensasi, payroll compliance, perhitungan benefit, serta rekrutmen massal untuk posisi frontline.

Peran ini membutuhkan kombinasi kemampuan sistem, analitik, dokumentasi HR legal, serta eksekusi operasional yang tepat, konsisten, dan confidential.

Mengelola payroll end-to-end termasuk komponen tunjangan, potongan, PPh21, BPJS TK/Kesehatan, layanan pinjaman karyawan, overtime, dan variable incentive.

Mengadministrasikan HRIS untuk data karyawan, attendance, overtime request, dan payroll automation.

Melaksanakan mass recruitment untuk frontline (GRO, Therapist, Kasir, Waitress, Housekeeping, FO, Bar Staff, dsb.) sesuai manpower planning outlet.

Menyusun dan menegakkan sistem reward & punishment sesuai company rules dan labor compliance.

Berkoordinasi dengan operasi outlet untuk memastikan availability talent sesuai shift, occupancy, dan revenue pattern.

Persyaratan

Pendidikan S1 Manajemen SDM, Akuntansi, Hukum, Administrasi Bisnis, atau terkait.

Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang payroll, compensation benefit, HRIS, atau frontline workforce management.

Menguasai HRIS (Talenta, GajiHub, LinovHR, Sunfish, atau sistem custom).

Memahami BPJS, PPh21, industrial relations dasar, serta administrasi ketenagakerjaan.

Terbiasa memproses payroll skala medium–large dan recruitment frontline dalam jumlah besar.

Exposure operasional di multi-brand hospitality premium.

Lingkungan kerja dengan mindset growth, digitalization, dan operational excellence.
