A regional healthcare provider in Indonesia is looking for a Community Therapy Team Administrator. You will provide administrative support to the Community Therapy & Rehabilitation Service, assisting with patient referrals and stock monitoring. Due to service expansion and integration of our community therapy teams, we are looking for additional administration assistant to join the South Cumbria Integrated Community Therapy Team, based at Kendal and Barrow. (Base will be agreed on appointment).
The service works closely with in-patient therapists, ward based discharge co-ordinators, complex discharge team, the Integrated Care Communities within Primary Care, local GP's, Adult Social Care, and other community based healthcare teams - District Nurses, Long-term Conditions, Specialist Nursing Services - Palliative Care, Diabetes, Cardiology, Bladder & Bowel Services and multiple community based & voluntary sector groups.Theservice supports people with a wide variety of health conditions - to regain their optimal level of function and independence where this is possible.
To provide confidential administrative support to the Community Therapy & Rehabilitation Service who work across South Cumbria and Furness.
The position will include receiving and registering electronic referrals, general administrative duties, dealing with telephone calls from patients and other professionals.
Monitoring levels of stock and ordering supplies using various IT systems.
Working with a number of IT systems to process patient related information.
We operatefrom three main hospitals-Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH) in Kendal, as well as a number of community healthcare premises including Millom Hospital and GP Practice, Queen Victoria Hospital in Morecambe, andUlverstonCommunity Health Centre.
FGH and the RLI have a range of General Hospital services, with full Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units and various Consultant-led services.
WGH provides a range of General Hospital services, together with an Urgent Treatment Centre, that can help with a range of non-life threatening conditions such as broken bones and minor illnesses.
All three main hospitals provide a range of planned care including outpatients, diagnostics, therapies,daycase and inpatient surgery. In addition, a range of local outreach services and diagnostics are provided from community facilities across Morecambe Bay.
