Position overview

The Community Staff is responsible for activating the guest community and planning & executing various activities and events at BLive. This role focuses on building connections with guests, creating a fun and positive atmosphere, and encouraging participation in community life. By collaborating with external partners, the Community Staff will continuously develop, update, and introduce new activities that enhance the unique lifestyle experience of BLive.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with external partners (tours, yoga, surfing, wellness, etc.).
• Plan and host community events and parties (networking events, BBQs, rooftop gatherings, etc.) to foster guest interaction.
• Oversee event operations, manage on-site execution, and incorporate guest feedback.
• Prepare reports on community and activity performance for the General Manager and corporate headquarters.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hotels, hostels, co-living, or community management preferred.
• Experience in event planning and community program execution is an advantage.
• Energetic and positive personality; able to easily connect and communicate with diverse people.
• Strong communication skills and guest-oriented mindset.
• Experience in partner negotiation and vendor management is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
• Creative with the ability to design and propose new activities.
• Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.) is a plus.
• Passionate about community engagement and enjoys interacting with people.
