Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Social sciences, or Government.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Security and CSR/ESR.
• Proven track record in security and CSR execution in mining or international company.
• Deep knowledge of security regulations, EHS standards, and industrial access control systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Placement: Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community development and CSR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct community needs assessments and social mapping to identify priority programs.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate development initiatives and measure social impact.
• Manage community engagement activities to address concerns and foster positive relationships.
