Job summary

  • Monitor weekly sentiment and feedback to improve brand perception.
  • Lead store makeover projects to enhance in-store branding and customer experience.
  • Organize and manage monthly regional gatherings to support business goals.
  • Maintain merchant engagement and retention, with a focus on top merchants.
  • Develop and execute offline activations to drive engagement.
  • Oversee UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns to encourage organic testimonials.
  • Ensure brand-building activities are captured and amplified on social media by merchants.
Job Requirements
Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in community management, brand marketing, or trade marketing.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and engage with merchants or business communities.
  • Experience in event planning, offline activations, and regional engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in brand-building techniques and customer sentiment analysis.
