Key Responsibilities
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the main contact person for all collaborating KOLs.
  • Database Management: Update the KOL database and campaign status trackers (Google Sheets/Excel) regularly.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, personal relationships with creators to ensure they feel valued and remain loyal to the brand.
  • Training Coordination: Coordinate and ensure all KOLs attend mandatory training sessions, webinars, or onboarding workshops organized by the company.
  • Open for active University Students and Fresh Graduates. (Must be able to manage time effectively between study and work).
  • Prior experience in KOL Management is a plus, but we are open to beginners with a strong passion for social media.
  • Deep understanding of current trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must be persuasive and polite.
