Job summary

Ably Resources seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for a large-scale energy development. The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, strict adherence to HSE standards and effective coordination of milestones and budgets.

The successful candidate will drive operational readiness, support safe handover to operations and ensure timely start-up across multi-vendor environments on an international EPC project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commissioning leadership on major EPC/EPCI projects.
• Strong understanding of commissioning procedures, operations and maintenance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of international standards and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Pre-Comm, Comm and Start-Up activities.
• Ensure strict HSE compliance and support safety reviews/walkdowns.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage progress reporting.
• Support operational readiness, handover and plant start-up.
• Oversee vendor mobilisation, technical support and subcontractor performance.
• Monitor budget, schedule and commissioning milestones.
