Job summary

Shangri-La Jakarta is seeking a pastry professional to maintain high standards of pastry preparation and service in line with the hotel’s management guidelines. The role requires English fluency, strong communication, and a customer‑oriented approach, with flexibility to work across locations as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and a certificate/diploma in food & beverage or hospitality management, demonstrating motivation and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel
