SALES MARKETING MANAGER (AIR MINUM DALAM KEMASAN)
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial strategies to boost sales and profitability.
- Handle pricing proposals and contracts with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as production, engineering, and logistics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain good relationships with key customers.
- Monitor and manage budgets and sales targets.
- Prepare commercial performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Oversee tender processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and external stakeholders.
- Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in Management, Telecommunication Engineering, or Marketing)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications, ISP, or technology industry
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Understanding of regulations and the dynamics of the telecommunications market in Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Good Communication in English
