Commercial Management Trainee

Our Management Trainee Programme is an intensive 12-month journey, designed to accelerate careers of aspiring graduates and build a strong foundation for your career. Our programme allows you to explore your interests across Sales & Marketing, develop your business acumen and build relevant skillsets for the future. You'll also help us bring our purpose to life by bringing our brands and products closer to our consumers.

Application Criteria

• We are looking for recent Master graduates from local or international universities, with 0 - 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred.
• Passionate about our brands, bring fresh perspectives to co-create game-changing solutions with us!

Timeline

• Date Application: 27 October - 10 November 2025.
• Selection Process: November 2025.
• Onboarding: January 2026.

Application & Online Assessment

• Upon submission of your application, an email containing the link to our online assessment will be sent to your inbox.

Complete the Online Assessment

• We will reach out in 1 to 2 weeks after the Online Assessment is completed. If you have been shortlisted, you will be invited to Video Online Assessment.

Meet our HR Team

• Shortlisted candidates will receive an interview invitation with our HR Team.

Panel Interview with Management Team

• Shortlisted candidates will undergo a Business case and a panel interview with Management Team

Application Outcome

• Candidate will receive the outcome as soon as possible and successful candidates can look forward to join us in January 2026.
