Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Commercial HH Operator to operate handheld devices to record and manage commercial data within our PS Lengkong operations. This role helps ensure accurate data collection and supports our commercial success.

Responsibilities include operating HH devices for inventory tracking, sales recording, deliveries, and data input; ensuring data integrity; following SOPs; and collaborating with commercial, logistics, and production teams. Physical tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with handheld devices or data entry preferred.
• Must have strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of commercial processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data input systems.

Job Summary

The Commercial HH Operator at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk will be responsible for operating handheld devices to accurately record and manage commercial data within our PS Lengkong operations. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient data collection and contributing to our commercial success.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate handheld devices (HH) for various commercial data entry tasks, including but not limited to, inventory tracking, sales recording, delivery confirmations, and quality control checks.
• Ensure accurate and timely input of all commercial data into the system using the handheld device.
• Verify data integrity and report any discrepancies or errors immediately to the supervisor.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HH operation and data management.
• Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of handheld devices.
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling and storage of HH devices.
• Participate in training sessions for new systems, procedures, or device updates.
• Follow all company safety regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating handheld devices or similar data entry equipment in a commercial or industrial setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Basic understanding of commercial processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data input systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and light lifting as required.
• Willingness to work in a PS Lengkong environment.
