Job Description
  • Develop and implement the nationwide commercial strategy in line with overarching business goals
  • Drive offline sales performance across multiple customer segments
  • Deliver on corporate sales targets and contribute to long-term regional growth
  • Design and manage the annual commercial program, including strategic objectives and budget planning
  • Lead and oversee the commercial team and commercial leaders in each properties
  • Ensure consistent revenue generation across the region
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related commercial discipline
  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within hospitality industry is required
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful sales and commercial strategies
  • Strong ability to navigate complex matrix environments and manage ambiguity
  • Strategic foresight to anticipate future business needs and their broader impact
  • Experience in managing large number of hospitality properties
  • Strong exposure and proven track records in managing commercial strategy and revenue management within hospitality industry
