Job summary

Hilton's DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies across all revenue streams, including Rooms, F&B, and events. You will drive top-line growth, profitability, and market share while aligning sales, marketing, and eCommerce activities with the brand’s vision.

The role requires deep Jakarta market knowledge, hotel pre-opening experience, and a track record of presenting to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jakarta market with strong local sales relationships.
• Hotel pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to present strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in matrixed environments.
• Experience in analyzing financial data to drive decisions.
• Track record of identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Experience in multi-complex hotel or travel industry operations.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Puncak Cisarua is a 203 room property set within the scenic highlands of Puncak, West Java. Slated to open Q2 2027, the property will offer a nature-inspired retreat experience with 1 F&B outlet and a pool bar, bringing Hilton's renowned hospitality to one of Indonesia's most popular mountain destinations.

You are responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels to maximize total revenue and profit performance, as well as market share penetration of the hotel. As a Commercial Director, you're not just leading commercial strategy across multiple segments and revenue streams – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Own commercial strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies across all revenue streams — including Group, Conference, and Events (GCE), Rooms, Food and Beverage, Leisure, and Spa — to drive top-line performance and market share growth
• Maximize revenue and profitability: Partner with General Managers and Finance to ensure commercial decisions support revenue goals, optimize cost of sales, and deliver profit and margin targets
• Lead pricing and forecasting strategy: Oversee revenue management practices, including pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting, and business reviews, to optimize revenue across all segments
• Align sales and marketing efforts: Coordinate on-property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce, and public relations activities to support brand positioning and drive demand
• Adapt to market dynamics: Monitor trends, assess competitive landscape, and adjust commercial strategies to stay ahead in evolving market conditions
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships: Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams, and external partners to align goals and create long-term commercial value
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Accomplished senior commercial leader with proven Director of Sales or Director of Sales & Marketing experience, deep knowledge of the Jakarta market, and a strong network of established local sales relationships.
• Hotel pre‑opening experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience presenting strategic plans to senior executives and stakeholder groups.
