About the Role

As part of our Commercial team, the Commercial Affair Senior Officer supports strategic engagement with external stakeholders to facilitate business initiatives, alignment, and compliance. The role bridges internal business functions with key partners to strengthen our commercial presence and operational execution.

You will work closely with internal decision-makers and external institutions to ensure our commercial activities remain aligned with regulatory requirements, market developments, and partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support commercial initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain structured engagement with business stakeholders and relevant institutions.
  • Monitor regulatory and policy developments impacting commercial activities.
  • Prepare commercial documents, proposals, and executive reports.
  • Coordinate internal alignment for partnership activities, projects, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
  • Ensure compliance in documentation and engagement processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4–7 years experience in stakeholder management, commercial coordination, or compliance.
  • Strong external communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, and commercial documentation.
  • Self-driven, structured, and confident in cross-functional execution.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
