As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll join a structured training program designed to enhance your technical knowledge and prepare you for real-world challenges. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers, work on modern tech stacks, and learn to deliver quality code that meets high standards of performance and maintainability.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training program focused on technical tracks.
• Attend workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions to enhance technical and problem-solving skills.
• Write, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality code that follows best practices and coding standards.
• Minimum Academic Criteria: Candidates should have scored 65% or higher throughout their academic career.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Duration and Stipend:
The internship will run from July 2025 to December 2025. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹11,000 per month during the internship period.

Post-Internship Opportunity:
Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time role with a fixed CTC of ₹4.5 LPA. This full-time opportunity will be subject to the candidate's performance and a service agreement of 12 months. If the agreement is forfeited, penalty charges will apply on a pro-rata basis.
