As a CMO Staff (Credit Marketing Officer), you will be responsible for acquiring credit customers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth end-to-end credit processing to support our sales and financing growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK); a Diploma (D3) is preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, leasing, or sales (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in the field, meet targets, and travel to prospective customer locations
  • Honest, disciplined, and customer-service oriented
Responsibilities
  • Promote financing products to prospective customers and dealers
  • Conduct credit surveys, collect application data, and verify customer eligibility
  • Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and internal teams
  • Follow up on leads, ensure timely application processing, and assist customers throughout the credit process
  • Achieve monthly credit approval and disbursement targets in line with company goals
