Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Cluster General Manager to lead two of Bandung’s most iconic properties — Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar (275 keys) and InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar (206 keys). Nestled amidst the scenic hills of Dago Pakar, both hotels blend world-class design, vibrant F&B concepts, and expansive event spaces, including grand ballrooms and versatile meeting facilities. This dual leadership role calls for a visionary who can balance the individuality of each brand while driving commercial excellence, elevating guest experience, and inspiring a culture of genuine hospitality across both properties. Ideally you should have a strong rooms background, solid commercial acumen, decent F&B knowledge, and prior experience dealing with detailed owners, as well as extensive GM experience within Luxury & Lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of operational performance, strategic direction, and financial growth for both hotels.
• Lead diverse teams to deliver consistent brand experiences, foster engagement, and strengthen talent pipelines for long-term success.
• Champion collaboration between departments and leverage data-driven insights to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and market share.
• Manage stakeholder relationships — working closely with ownership groups, business partners, and the local community to position both properties as leading destinations in Bandung’s competitive hospitality landscape.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury and lifestyle hotel management, with proven ability to lead large-scale operations and deliver outstanding results in service, revenue, and brand standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is required.
• Fluency in English and strong financial and commercial acumen.
