La Favela Bali, one of the island’s most iconic nightlife destinations, is searching for a dynamic Night Club Operations Manager to lead and elevate our fast‑paced club and VIP operations. The Role

As the Night Club Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of nightclub, floor, and VIP operations, ensuring exceptional service, smooth nightly execution, and consistent delivery of La Favela’s signature atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nightly club operations, from opening to close.
• Oversee VIP area performance, reservations, guest relations, and premium service standards.
• Work closely with security, bar, and floor teams to create a seamless guest flow.
• Train and guide the team in delivering high‑level service with attention to detail.
• Maintain strong relationships with influencers, regular guests, promoters, and key partners.
• Monitor club performance, identify improvements, and execute operational strategies.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to La Favela SOPs at all times.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, themes, and event execution.

Requirements

• Expatriate with strong nightlife/hospitality background.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in nightclub, bar, or VIP operations management.
