Job summary

Fit Hub in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a General Manager/Club Manager to lead the club business and team toward KPIs and budgets. You will attract, recruit, develop, retain and engage the right people at club level to deliver results, while ensuring outstanding member service and daily operating excellence.

You will drive business growth by building strong member relationships and a proactive lead-generation plan, demonstrating strong leadership and company values within the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager/Club Manager or 5 years experience as Sales Manager/Fitness Manager in gym industry.
• Strong leadership with track record of developing people and spotting talent.
• Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges.
• Ability to deliver real improvements – able to get things done, strong influencing skills.
• Good communication with all levels; fluent in English and Bahasa.
• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets.
• Take overall responsibility for attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results.
• Club budget and company’s objectives and KPIs.
• Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence.
• Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service.
• Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club.
