A leading venue management company in Tangerang seeks a Club Manager to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage staff, budget, and events effectively, aiming to optimize profitability and enhance the customer experience. A Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience are required.
Ensure padel courts and facilities are maintained to meet safety and quality standards
Schedule regular inspections and coordinate repairs, cleaning, and maintenance as needed.
Establishing excellent customer experience, effective complaints management to drive customer satisfaction
Develop and manage programs to enhance customer experience, including membership, loyalty and referral/community programs.
Develop and manage the budget, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets
Analyze financial data, manage inventory and control costs to optimize profitability
Create and monitor weekly and monthly financial report
Manage hiring, training, and performance of on-site staff, including coaches, guest relations officers, and
Create schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure effective manpower levels.
Monitor daily attendance and monthly staff payroll, coaches commission
Organize events, leagues, and tournaments to increase footfall and engage members.
Create and manage annual event calendar
Partner with marketing to promote events and programs to attract new customers and retain members
Minimum bachelors degree in any major
Minimum 4 years of work experience in Sport Center, Hospitality or Venue Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
