Qualifications

✨Recruitment for Club Manager from MAD Padel ✨

Venue Management & Maintenance

Ensure padel courts and facilities are maintained to meet safety and quality standards


Schedule regular inspections and coordinate repairs, cleaning, and maintenance as needed.


Customer Experience & Satisfaction

Establishing excellent customer experience, effective complaints management to drive customer satisfaction


Develop and manage programs to enhance customer experience, including membership, loyalty and referral/community programs.


Financial Performance & Budget Management

Develop and manage the budget, control expenses, and achieve revenue targets


Analyze financial data, manage inventory and control costs to optimize profitability


Create and monitor weekly and monthly financial report


Staff Management & Development

Manage hiring, training, and performance of on-site staff, including coaches, guest relations officers, and


Create schedules, manage shift coverage, and ensure effective manpower levels.


Monitor daily attendance and monthly staff payroll, coaches commission


Event & Program Coordination

Organize events, leagues, and tournaments to increase footfall and engage members.


Create and manage annual event calendar


Partner with marketing to promote events and programs to attract new customers and retain members
