Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Attendant at The Gaia Hotel Bandung. The Club Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met, facilitating childcare activities, and maintaining the club's cleanliness and organization. The attendant will also assist in training new staff and communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
