• Maintain and improve system reliability, availability, and performance across production environments.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, S3, and related services.
• Apply security best practices across infrastructure and applications.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and minimize manual intervention.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance system architecture and deployment processes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support release management activities.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001.
• Conduct system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring.
