Job summary

Asian Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Jakarta seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead IT/cloud migrations, including moving from OCP to AWS ROSA. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate complex cloud initiatives across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate combines 5–10 years PM experience with hands-on AWS and Kubernetes/OpenShift knowledge, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with regulatory standards such as OJK, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/cloud projects.
Experience in platform migration, cloud adoption, or application modernization.
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with AWS and Kubernetes/OpenShift; knowledge of DevOps workflows.
Banking industry experience and relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration from OCP to AWS ROSA.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams, business users, and vendors including AWS, RedHat, and System Integrators.
Oversee project documentation including BRD, HLD/LLD, Migration Plan, Testing Plan, and Cutover Plan.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with OJK, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS.
Provide regular project status updates to senior management and the Steering Committee.
Oversee the testing phase and ensure production readiness.
